Booking

- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment

Payment

- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days
- Corporate training pricing is provided upon request
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individual Sessions
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-show: No refund
Group Workshops
- 7+ days notice: Full refund
- 3-7 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
Corporate Training
- 30+ days notice: Full refund
- 14-30 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund
Online Courses
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if no content accessed
- After 7 days or content accessed: No refund
7. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Come prepared and ready to participate
- Respect other participants and trainers
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
- Not record sessions without written permission
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by Paventubin are our intellectual property or licensed to us. This includes:
- Training materials and curricula
- Website content and design
- Videos, audio recordings, and presentations
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Participant personal information
- Training session content and discussions
- Performance assessments and feedback
- Corporate client information
Participants are expected to maintain similar confidentiality regarding other participants and proprietary training methods.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
- Participants assume risk for their own learning and development

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Pandemic or health emergencies

- Labor disputes
12. Code of Conduct
All participants must:
- Treat others with respect and courtesy
- Refrain from discriminatory or harassing behavior

- Respect the learning environment
- Follow all facility rules and regulations
Violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from programs without refund.
